Wempe Zeitmeister Glashütte i / SA Sport Taucher Chronograph offers more features than diving watches. Not only is this watch the largest of its kind in three new dive watches, it is also visually impressive. The flagship of this water sports watch is the first and currently the only diving watch certified by the German Observatory. No matter in style, appearance or function, the Wempe Zeitmeister Glashütte i / SA Sport Taucher Chronograph sports chronograph is consistent with the two sister models of its diving series: 300 meters underwater sealed waterproof, diamond-cut ceramic for easy grasping Bezel, screw-down caseback and screw-down crown, edge protection, integrated stainless steel bracelet with extension chain. The difference is that the diameter of the case is not 42 mm, but 45 mm. The angles and seamless chains that are pulled down according to ergonomic principles maintain a high degree of comfort. This diving chronograph also has an additional technical advantage, which can be recognized at first glance as its ‘sporty’ feature: the chronograph function (ie time recorder).
Although it is no longer necessary to note the stop time, the stop time within minutes is marked with a prominent central timer hand. The hand is equipped with a practical fluorescent triangle. During the timing of up to 12 hours, the stop time can be read from two additional counter disks. The second hand will be displayed in the third built-in small second dial at 9 o’clock. The chronograph function is monitored by two elegant buttons (at 2 and 4 o’clock respectively).
Personal time management-this most popular extra feature also highlights the sportiness of this watch. In sports, time is often recorded in order to achieve the best time and time record. The same goes for diving. This is also the measurement function that the Wempe Zeitmeister Glashütte i / SA Sport Taucher Chronograph can perform. Under unfamiliar water, it is necessary to display correctly for a limited time. For this purpose, the chronograph is equipped with a diving time adjustment ring whose zero position overlaps the minute hand of the watch at the beginning of the dive. Then start to calculate the diving time and be able to easily read the time from the ceramic bezel under adverse field conditions in the water.
This is a watch that is full of men’s power from all angles, with extra practical functions. Here, the name Wempe stands for quality and robustness.
